Pre-Employment Transition Services
(Pre-ETS)

The Creation Academy is preparing to deliver Pre-Employment Transition Services (Pre-ETS) to support students with disabilities in building the skills needed for life beyond high school. Through structured, real-world programming, students develop workplace readiness, self-advocacy, and career awareness to successfully transition into employment, further education, and independent living.

The DM Project (Signature Program)

The DM Project is a signature program of The Creation Academy that uses real-life scenarios and guided discussions to help teens develop decision-making skills, confidence, and emotional awareness. Students engage in meaningful conversations that challenge them to think critically and navigate real-life situations before they encounter them.
